Peer Award Partner
As a Peer Award Partner, your brand is most closely associated with an award, and you become an active participant in the Peer Community, involved in helping make it a success. This option is very well suited to large professional networks, and to companies wanting to make a big statement about their brand around a sector or an issue.

Peer Award Sponsor
As a Peer Award Sponsor you benefit from association with the theme of your choice, much like a standard awards sponsor.

Peer Conference Exhibitor
Give your products/services exposure at the Peer Conference, which is also where the Peer Award Finalists present and are judged. Exhibiting is designed for companies who may also be Peer Award Partners or Sponsors, and that have relevant products and services of potential interest to our membership,.

The 2012 Peer Award for Excellence in [sector or topic], in partnership with [your brand]

We devise and then jointly promote a Peer Award designed to represent your brand. It is associated exclusively with your company, providing a powerful statement that demonstrates you as a champion of excellence in your chosen field.

In addition to being mentioned alongside this Peer Award on the Internet and where possible in the media, you have a strong involvement with all aspects of this award, and a prominent role in the conference and awards ceremony.

For instance the award could be for your sector, such as “Professional Services” or “Health”, in which case it would feature qualifying entries from across our existing categories, alongside those that you encourage to enter. Or it could be for an issue, such as for “Energy Conservation”, for “Social Media” or for “Customer Service”. In this case it would form a new category with its own entries. In either instance you help ensure sufficient entries are received for your award to be viable, and that people attend your candidate’s conference sessions and vote online subsequently.

Here’s how it works at each stage…

Before the Peer Conference
We work together to encourage people to enter for this Peer Award, offering them savings on the normal package. You could be invited to participate in the shortlisting process, helping finalise the list of candidates for this award.

At the Peer Conference
In addition to your Director having the opportunity to address conference, the Peer Awards Director will acknowledge your company in his opening conference address, your logo will be featured alongside the sessions that relate to your award, and you and your guests will be able to attend the event at special rates.

At the Online Vote
During the period between the Peer Conference and the Awards Ceremony you have a few months to actively showcase your award’s finalists short video clips online, and to encourage your network of people to cast their votes.

At the Peer Awards Ceremony
The winner is determined by a mix of the conference votes and the votes cast online. You present the winner with their plaque, and are able to attend at special rates.

The fee for a corporate or commercial partner lies within the range of £6,000 to £9,600, depending on the package. In the case of partnership with an established professional network, it is possible that no partnership fee would apply.

As a Sponsor of The 2012 Peer Award for Excellence in “Corporate Social Responsibility” or in “People & Performance”, your company is mentioned alongside this Peer Award on the Internet and in our publicity, providing a powerful statement that shows you as a champion of excellence in your chosen field.

Here’s how it works at each stage…

Before the Peer Conference
Your sponsorship can encourage people to enter for this Peer Award, if you offer them savings on the normal package.

At the Peer Conference
The Peer Awards Director will acknowledge your company in his opening conference address, your logo will be featured alongside the sessions that relate to your award, and you and your guests will be able to attend the event at special rates.

At the Online Vote
During the period between the Peer Conference and the Awards Ceremony you have a few months to actively encourage your network of people to cast their votes.

At the Peer Awards Ceremony
You may present a winner with their plaque, and are able to attend at special rates.

The fee lies within the range of £2,400 to £3,600, depending on the package. In the case of sponsorship by an established professional network, it is possible that no sponsorship fee would apply.

As a Peer Conference Exhibitor you participate fully in the conference as any other attendee, hearing and judging a selection of Peer Award Finalists and engaging in conversation with new colleagues in the informal Peer Circles. In addition your brand, products and/or services gain from exposure at the event.

The package includes a page about your company at this website plus, for a conference day (typically the day of your client’s talk)
> your brochure handed to the day’s attendees
> your company acknowledged in the Peer Awards Director’s opening conference address
> present a workshop that’s listed on the conference programme (lasting around 45 minutes) to a group of interested conference participants OR have a table at the conference with your display (the choice depends on availability)
> contact details of the conference attendees (subject to permission)

+ it is possible to arrange to…
> have face to face meetings with selected decision makers

The fee is £1,200 per day if booked within a week of learning that your client has been shortlisted. There is a limited number of these available for each theme covered by the Peer Conference and Awards.
