The 2016-17 Peer Awards 2017-05-31T17:17:19+00:00

The Awards where Finalists are also Judges

Recognition for your innovative Corporate Responsibility, Customer Engagement, People & Performance and Information Security work

The Peer Awards celebrate innovation in business in a way that is itself innovative. Usually entries are reviewed in secret by a “panel of experts” invited by the awards organisers, and so the ideas do not get shared. The Peer Awards has no panel of judges. Instead the finalists themselves are the judges.

This open and democratic approach means that finalists actively participate in the whole process, and help determine the entries that win. As a consequence inspirational ideas that otherwise lay hidden within the submissions are shared and can influence the thinking and strategies of fellow practitioners in other organisations, across industry sectors and geographical regions.
