If you have three or more entries nominated for the Information Security Peer Award then dd also automatically qualifies (at no extra cost) for an additional special award category of its own. What this means is that your nominated entries will still be reviewed in exactly the same way; by fellow Information Security finalists within the standard Information Security award categories. The extra thing is that these ratings will also be used to determine a winner of your own special 2017/18 Peer Awards for Excellence; Award for Information Security at dd award category, which comprises only dd entries in its shortlist. This does not require any additional judging to take place, but has the benefit of shining a spotlight on your own organisation’s excellence in Information Security, whilst at the same time guaranteeing that at least one dd nominated entry will be celebrated as a winner. This works really well for a single organisation, and also for a supplier submitting entries regarding three or more clients.
