BILLA’s initiatives, targeted to its employees have a strong impact on Bulgarian business, as being a good example that can be followed by other local companies. The retail chain also contributes to the improvement of the labour market and is committed to creating better working conditions in Bulgaria.

BILLA combines both traditional and innovative methods in its employee policies. There are many challenges on the Bulgarian labour market, but the company has managed to overcome them with a creative approach and devotion. BILLA’s strategy is based on the belief that every single employee is important. That is why the company invests funds and efforts in developing the potential of the staff through innovative training, simulations of the working processes, online courses, etc.

There is nothing more inspiring than a strong team, united by common goals. Sometimes it is a result hard to achieve, but when there’s a will, there’s a way. Everything BILLA does is with care for people. The company believes in the potential both of the individual and of the team. That is why the two main focuses of the company are creating strong individuals that unite in an even stronger team.
