Participation in the Peer Awards for Excellence is special because the judges are the finalists themselves, is easy as you can enter with your existing documentation without modification and is global because entry and judging take place online. The People & Performance Peer Awards celebrate being effective and innovative in engaging with people within an organisation or network.
The Peer Awards also celebrate excellence and innovation in Corporate Responsibility, in Customer Engagement and in Information Security. For an overview and to find out more about the process in general, please refer to our homepage.
Who can Enter
Entries are invited from internal departments (HR and L&D for instance) and from suppliers of relevant products and services.
Our one proviso is that the entry not be self-promotional, as it is important that nominated entries be free of any sales agenda. To achieve this the entry should focus on one or more internal initiatives, within one client organisation or across a number. An involved supplier can be acknowledged alongside the organisation in whose name the entry is submitted, or the entry can be in the supplier’s name, championed by one or more end-user organisations.
Become a Finalist, Win an Award
It is very easy to submit entries to the Peer Awards, and we are keen to nominate any (non-promotional) entry that is clearly expressed, shows an impact in its target community, is doing something different and is likely to interest fellow People & Performance practitioners (that is the other finalists, who are also the judges).
