What are The Peer Awards?

The Peer Awards celebrate successful innovative ideas. Finalists present their entries at the Peer Awards Conference, where they also listen to and then judge one another’s entries. Customer Engagement Awards & Categories

The Peer Awards for Customer Engagement Excellence has a conference day (view Key Dates for details) where the entries are judged. The subcategories can be found here: Awards & Categories.

The Customer Engagement conference has its own section in the supplement in The Independent, and it will have its own section at The Times website. There will be an overall Peer Award for Customer Engagement Excellence and winners for each sub-category.

How to Enter

Entry is just 400 words here via an online submission form. We shortlist some entries on an “as you go” basis, and so shortlists for some sub-categories could close soon.

If your entry is shortlisted, it will then be judged at Conference by your peers. A fee will only be applicable if your entry gets shortlisted. Enter here.
