<p>
The Key Speaker presenting a shortlisted entry at conference should have no promotional interest, fee paying or otherwise, in the entry gaining them clients from our conference audience, for products or services relating to the entry. If your entry could be seen to be promotional in this way consider<br />
1. re-positioning it in terms of a <em>client’s experience</em> that they then present at conference from their perspective. You could attend in a supporting capacity, helping respond in the Q&A part of your presentation, and your brand can benefit in many ways from association with that entry.<br />
2. submitting a number of entries under the <a href="https://thepeerawards.com/packagesandfees" target="_blank">company finalist pack</a> which gives you <em>a dedicated page in the Independent</em> for your brand, where you can talk about your shortlisted entries, even though you can yourself participate in their conference talks.<br />
3. <em><a href="https://thepeerawards.com/sponsors-partners" target="_blank">sponsoring </a>that category</em> instead. In this way you can prominently associate your brand with a key area of business, without actually submitting an entry.</p>
<p>
The entered programme must have been implemented, improved or completed within 2012/14. The programme can have ended in this time period, or it can still be ongoing. It can be something that is not yet implemented, but by the time of the conference it would need to demonstrate impact and provoke some insights. So this excludes programmes that were finished in 2011 or earlier, and have not been improved. And it also excludes programmes that will not be at least implemented by 2014.</p>

If the programme was presented in some form in a previous Peer Awards, it can be resubmitted (with significant new material), subject to the following provisos if it was a winner…<br />
* It would need to be for a different award this year if it won the (Corporate Responsibility, Customer Engagement or People & Performance) award the previous year. It would need to be for a different category if it won the award earlier.<br />
* It would need to be for a different category if it won a category the previous year.<br />
Otherwise having won a Peer Award for a judging criterion or for a sector the previous year, and/or for a category earlier, does not restrict re-submission, so long as it is with significant new material.)

If your entry is of interest but your form falls short for some reason, we will get back to you for clarification. Your text is published on our website, with your permission, when your entry is shortlisted.)
