Finalist Preparation Call
A must for all shortlisted finalists. Your chance to go through all aspects of the Peer Awards process with us by phone. It takes around an hour and covers how the final/conference works, how to prepare your presentation and what to expect after the awards ceremony.
Media Exposure
Artwork for our supplement in The Independent newspaper and our microsite at The Times website needs to be ready some weeks before publication, which is due a short time ahead of the conference. To avoid disappointment please advise us as soon as you can of your plans for part or all of a page, and make sure you have cleared any text and pictures for publication in good time.

Visuals
We need to approve all visuals ahead of the conference, to check that they are appropriate for the awards and suitable and enjoyable (by not being text-heavy) for our conference audience. Please prepare and send your visuals early, to help us approve your visuals in good time.

Resubmit your visuals for final approval if any edits are requested, by 26 May.
