You can consider this as a two step process.<br />
1. Your synopsis is for selection onto the shortlist only. So submit as soon as you can, with your initiative clearly expressed.<br />
2. Judging is based on your conference presentation at the end of June. And you can refine your synopsis if you want, after you have been shortlisted.[/callout1]
