We expect to confirm soon that the awards ceremony will be at Fortnum & Mason as it has been for the last two years, on 28 February, . Currently all the seats in the Drawing Room (where the awards are presented) are booked. However we do have very limited seating still available at our table in the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon, adjacent to the Drawing Room, and places will be allocated as they are booked.

The plan for the ceremony is:

13:30 Arrive to be seated by 14:00

14:00 Ceremony starts (everyone is seated in the Drawing Room)

14:15 Tea is served (some people are seated in the Drawing Room and some in the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon)

15:00 The Awards (everyone is seated in the Drawing Room)

Any brands that you add are identified "in association" with the organisation in whose name an entry is submitted; at our website, at the awards in in the Book. For example, instead of saying that an entry is from "ABC" we would say that an entry is from "ABC in association with XYZ", where XYZ is an additional company you now add to that entry's form
Each additional brand is charged at £100, never mind how many entries you associated it with.

The 2020 Awards Ceremony is a sumptuous Champagne Afternoon Cream Tea at a prestigious Central London venue on the afternoon of Friday 28 February 2020. It is at this ceremony that the winners of each of the award categories are revealed.
We are now almost full to capacity so please check with us by email before you book any places.

Winners receive a complimentary plaque if at the ceremony (and recipients of the Commitment to Excellence award receive a complimentary framed-certificate if at the ceremony) - but you can order more - for instance to display at your reception, in your office, on the wall or on your desk - and possibly with different wording or names
Any plaques/certificates ordered may be cancelled for a refund up until the end of November. No refund applies for later cancellation.
Any plaques/certificates ordered on or after 1 February 2020 are subject to an additional £100 production fee for the order
