Options for celebrating 's entry

Branding



The key organisation behind your entry is already associated with your submission. Their organisation name is listed alongside the entry title and their logo is displayed prominently at our website and on the entry's showcase page.

In many instances however there is a vendor, a consultant or another organisation that should also be acknowledged. You can include their logo alongside the main logo, and can also feature their organisation name alongside yourentry. To associate your entry with more than one other brand, click the [Another Organisation] button.

Deadline: Can be added at any time.
Cancellation: Once implemented by us, which we generally aim to do within 24 hours of your order, there is no refund if you cancel.

Ceremony



We are arranging a Champagne Afternoon Cream Tea Awards Ceremony at a prestigious Central London venue for Friday 24 March 2017. Expect to arrive between 13:30 and 13:45 and for the ceremony to end around 17:00.

Places are limited and are offered subject to availability. To avoid possible disappointment we recommend that you place your order as soon as you can. Depending on the bookings received, we expect to announce the venue and confirm the date at the start of February. As places are at a premium, please bear with us if we need to trim your guest bookings, if the ceremony is over applied.

Deadline: 31 January for the best chance of confirmed places. Can be added at any time before the Ceremony, subject to availability.
Cancellation: By 31 January: Cancel by email, no fee applies. From 1 February: No refund if you cancel.
The venue has tables for up to twelve people. If you order a table then this will be exclusively for you and your guests. Otherwise we will seat you at a shared table, hopefully alongside people with shared interests.

Award Plaques



Peer Award winners attending the Awards Ceremony receive a complimentary personalised A5 size plaque, (the overall winner will be presented with a complimentary A4 aize plaque) suitable for desktop or showcase display or for hanging on an office or reception wall. You may wish to have larger plaques, additional plaques or plaques to commemorate being a finalist (if your entry is not a winner). You may also wish to be sent these plaques if you are not at the ceremony.
You will be invoiced for any additional/enlarged plaque orders now. If your order for plaques depends in some way on your entry being a winner, and it turns out that your entry is not, then any additional amounts you will have paid will be refunded to you. Similarly if you request additional or enlarged plaques and your entry wins more than one award, we will invoice you for these after the ceremony.

This assumes that you will not be represented at the Awards Ceremony. If this is incorrect, please first tell us about your ceremony attendance above.
How many additional A5 size winner's plaques would you want? These are priced at £95 each
If your entry is a winner of more than one award you will be invoiced for the additional copies after the ceremony.

Ceremony Programme



Every ceremony attendee will receive a complimentary ceremony programme. Extra copies may be ordered ahead of time, which you can take away with you from the ceremony, or can have posted to you if you are not attending.

Cancellation: Can be cancelled by 15 February 2017 for no fee. From 16 February: No refund if you cancel.

Every finalist is mentioned in the programme, however you are able to provide additional exposure for your brand and your entry with an advert in the printed ceremony programme.

Deadline: Can be ordered by 31 January 2017, artwork due by 15 February.
Cancellation: Can be cancelled by 15 February 2017 for no fee. From 16 February: No refund if you cancel.
Extra copies are available @ £5 a copy.

Showcase at The Peer Awards website



Your entry may be displayed (with its separate tabbed sections and associated visuals) at our website for general viewing by our visitors
You will be invoiced for a finalist's showcase page now (if this is what you select), and if it turns out that your entry is a winner then this will be refunded to you.

Deadline: Can be decided any time before the day of the Awards Ceremony.
Cancellation: Can be cancelled at no fee up to the day before the Awards Ceremony.
It will be displayed until 1 March 2018. This is free of charge if your entry is a winner; £250 otherwise

Exposure at The Times website



You can see the Peer Awards microsite at The Times website here. This is your opportunity to feature your innovative work at this prestigious location. Every finalist will be mentioned by name, and the winners will also have their entry titles included. Subject to receiving sufficient support from our finalists this year, we plan to publish the 2016/17 update in April 2017, but otherwise we shall revisit this option next year.

The more text we have about your entry, the more additional options you can select, such as links from thetimes.co.uk to your entry at our website or at yours, a picture or two, and even your video embedded at The Times website. The following table shows how this works

If you are not able to take them with you from the ceremony then a £50 delivery fee will be added, independent of the number of plaques and programmes you are ordering. Or you can arrange to collect them from us.

About us filling out forms for your accounts people
Our invoice to you includes all the information that we believe your accounts department should need, such as our company and VAT numbers, our accounts contact details and our bank details, including iban and swift codes. if nevertheless your accounts department requires us to complete a form in order for them to process our payment, then an admin charge of £50 + vat will apply when we receive such a request from you, to help cover our additional time spent doing this for them.

The Peer Awards process relies on the finalists to also judge the other entries nominated for their award. You may be interested to know that people that have already dons this report that they have found the experience to be fun and thought-provoking. Please help us with this so that we can be ready to announce the shortlist at the start of February. And when you do the peer review - please to take the time to fully consider each entry that you review.
You may also be interested in participating in this year's National CSR Awards, which is open for entries until 3rd February.
