The first Peer Awards took place in 2010.  They were called the Peer Award for Innovation and focused on Training & Development. You can see all the shortlisted entries here, and a video of each talk is shown when you click the graphic. The Peer Award was won by NSL Services, and the Peer Conference was hosted at Baker Tilly in London.
